We offer free freight to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Sydney Metro Areas for all orders over $2000 excluding GST.
In addition, we have fantastic freight rates Australia-wide, if you don’t fall into one of our free freight areas you can simply contact us and we can provide a freight quote to any area Australia Wide.
All consignments are sent with Authority to Leave, which means if there is noone to receive the delivery, it will be left in a safe place. Delivery is within normal business hours 5 days a week, and we recommend that all deliveries are made to commercial addresses. Any additional charges incurred through redeliveries or special delivery requirements will be passed on at cost.
If we have the items in stock, we will dispatch the same or next day from receipt of payment. The approximate lead time to Brisbane is 1-2 working days, Sydney 2-3 working days, Melbourne 3-4 working days, Adelaide 4-5 working days, Perth 5-7 working days and Darwin 7-8 working days.
If items are not in stock, or are manufactured to order, we will advise an approximate lead time before the order is placed. Table and Chair Express cannot guarantee transit times & does not accept responsibility for late deliveries. However, we will take all the necessary steps to dispatch your order on time for delivery on time based on the courier ETA. Tailgate deliveries are not included in our standard freight quotes. If a Tailgate unload is required this must be advised at the time of placing your order.
Our dispatch team will send you an email once your order has been dispatched with the courier’s details & consignment number for tracking your delivery. Table and Chair Express cannot guarantee the lead times specified by the freight company. If the delivery is delayed after we have dispatched your order it is completely out of our control, we ask you contact the freight company direct with any concerns.
The freight companies Table and Chair Express use to deliver your order are unable to specify a delivery time – they will only advise between 9am & 5pm week days. You can see by tracking the consignment on the freight company’s website when your order is on board for delivery. We can request that the delivery driver calls you before delivery, however we cannot guarantee this will happen.
We professionally package our freight to ensure it does not get damaged during transit. If an item is received damaged please email an image of the damaged item/s through to email@example.com with a description and your invoice number. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the delivery. We will dispatch replacements as soon as possible.
